  • Two 45 minute coaching sessions to review your customized wellness plan tracker to ensure you’re on track to reach your goals.

  • Meal and supplementation recommendations based on your personal preferences.

  • Weekly check-ins with a given focus for the week.

  • Tools and resources including my family recipe book to enhance your experience.

  • Monday through Friday unlimited email support between sessions to provide motivation and ongoing advice that is crucial for long-term success (24 hour response).

++ Option to include a workout plan to the 4-weeks to wellness program. Include: customized, safe and effective exercises depending on your fitness goals and current regimen (aerobic activity and muscle-strength workouts).
